A clean, commerce-first admin for WooCommerce: orders, products, customers and discounts up front, WordPress tools tidied away.

== Description ==

WordPress was built for publishing. Running a store in it means digging through menus named Posts, Appearance or Tools to find your orders. **Plugnect Store Admin** gives your WooCommerce admin a new shell, organized around what a merchant actually does every day.

= A menu built around your store =

* **Commerce** — Home, Orders, Products, Customers, Analytics
* **Marketing** — Campaigns, Discounts
* **Online store** — Theme and preview, Pages, Navigation, Media, Emails
* **System** — Plugins, Users, Settings
* **Apps** — every other plugin's menu, collected automatically so nothing gets lost
* **WordPress** — blog posts, comments, tools and the original dashboard, one click away

The current section stays highlighted on every related screen, and its sub-pages appear right under it.

= Screens designed for merchants =

* **Home** — revenue, orders, average order value, new and returning customers, a revenue chart, your priorities for today, latest orders, top customers, stock to watch and a setup checklist.
* **Orders** — tabs with counts (to fulfill, pending, completed, cancelled, refunded), search by number, customer, email or product, payment and fulfillment badges, bulk status changes, and a **quick view** that opens any order in a side panel — customer, items, totals, addresses — with its status buttons, without leaving the list.
* **Order page** — a clear page instead of the WooCommerce editor: a progress bar (placed, paid, shipped, completed), the items and totals, a timeline of everything that happened with your notes and messages to the customer, the customer's history, and addresses you can correct in place. The next step is one button away (« Confirm payment », « Mark completed »).
* **Products** — thumbnails, stock badges, 30-day sales, and **price, stock and status editable right in the table**.
* **Product editor** — create and edit simple and variable products on one page: name and description, photos you drag to reorder, price and sale price with the discount shown, variations created in one click from options like Size or Colour (each with its price, stock and photo), stock, shipping, downloadable files, categories and tags, and a live preview of the product card in your shop.
* **Customers** — every customer including guests, with orders, total spent, average order and segments (new, returning, top spenders, to win back).
* **Discounts** — every coupon with its value, scope, end date, usage and status, plus what discounts brought in over 30 days.
* **Settings** — edit your store right here: address, where you sell, currency and price format, language and time zone, stock alerts and reviews, payment methods, shipping zones and options, taxes, checkout and customer accounts, email sender and which emails are sent. Everything is saved in the WooCommerce options, and the detailed WooCommerce screens stay one click away.
* **Notifications** — payments, orders to fulfill, stock alerts, new customers and plugin updates.

= Vacation mode =

Going away? Turn on **vacation mode** in Settings, enter your first and last day, and a banner tells customers you are on vacation and when their orders will ship, at the top of every page of your site. It appears and disappears on its own on the dates you chose, and the page caches of the main caching plugins are cleared at the right moment. The home screen reminds you it is on, with an « I am back » button.

= Variation swatches =

Customers pick a **color, a picture or a size with one click** instead of a dropdown, on every variable product. Choose how each option is shown (dropdown, buttons, colors or images), give every value its color or picture in Settings → Variation swatches, straight from the product editor, or on the WooCommerce attribute screens. Round, rounded or square swatches in three sizes; out of stock choices crossed out, faded or hidden; the chosen value next to the option name; the name on hover; keyboard friendly. Options created on a single product can have swatches too.

The product editor also sets **several photos per variation** (WooCommerce 11.1 or later), shown on the product page when that variation is chosen.

= Sell more, built in =

* **Free shipping bar** — "Add €12 more to get free shipping" in the cart, at checkout and in the mini cart, with the threshold read from your shipping zones. It updates live, block cart included.
* **Announcement bar** — a message and a link at the top of every page.
* **Back in stock alerts** — customers leave their email on out of stock products and variations, and get a WooCommerce email when stock comes back. Unsubscribe link and privacy tools included.
* **Review requests** — an email X days after the order status of your choice, with the products to review. One request per order, never for products already reviewed.
* **Better discount codes** — a start and an end down to the minute, and a link that applies the code without typing (?coupon=CODE), perfect for newsletters.

= Search everything, from anywhere =

Press **Ctrl K** (or **⌘K** on a Mac) to open the command palette: jump to any screen, create a product, a discount or an order, or find an order by number, a product by name or SKU, or a customer by email.

= Nothing is replaced, nothing is lost =

Orders and simple or variable products open in the simplified pages; the WooCommerce editors stay one click away (« Advanced editor »), other product types keep opening there, and the simplified pages can be turned off in Settings. Settings pages remain the WooCommerce screens you know, restyled to match the store admin — cards, full-width layout, settings grouped into sections with their title on the left — so everything other plugins add to them keeps working. Full-screen editors (block editor, Site Editor) keep their own interface.

Anyone can switch back to the classic WordPress admin from the account menu, and deactivating the plugin restores the admin exactly as it was. The first time the new admin opens, a short welcome explains where things are and offers to keep the classic admin instead.

If a plugin screen ever looks wrong inside the new shell, add `?pnsa-safe=1` to its address to display it with the classic admin, just for that page.

= Light and dark =

A light and a dark theme, switchable per user. Fonts and icons are bundled with the plugin: no request to any third-party service.

= Works with Plugnect Analytics =

With Plugnect Analytics for WooCommerce installed (shown as Pluginect Analytics in the menu), Analytics and Campaigns open its reports and the home screen adds visits and the conversion rate. Without it, they open the WooCommerce reports.

= Pro =

**Plugnect Store Admin Pro** makes the admin fully yours:

* your colors, logo and name, also on the WordPress login page;
* the menu in the order you want, sections renamed or hidden, shortcuts to any screen or plugin;
* a different menu for each role, with hidden screens blocked — hand a client or a team member only the screens they need;
* CSV export of orders and customers, following the current tab, segment and search;
* an **email center**: branded HTML templates (modern, classic, minimal or your own HTML), the subject, title and text of every WooCommerce email edited with a live preview, and test sends;
* numbered **invoices and packing slips**, printed or saved as PDF from the order list, one order or fifty at a time, with an optional invoice link in the customer's email — and a live designer for their look: four layouts, your logo, colors and fonts, table style, paper size, which details appear, custom titles, a thank-you message and a "Paid" stamp;
* **parcel tracking**: tracking numbers with a link for 95+ carriers worldwide, the carrier recognized from the number, bulk shipping and CSV import, an "Order shipped" email, tracking in My Account, and a REST API for label software, Zapier or Make;
* **selling tools**: free shipping bar texts, colors, product pages and site banner; an announcement bar with colors, pages, dates, rotating messages and a countdown; back in stock alerts with consent, waiting list, CSV export and team alerts; clickable stars and a reminder in review requests;
* **swatches everywhere**: swatches on shop and category pages that switch the product photo and open the product with the choice selected, two-color swatches, a larger picture in the tooltip, and a different display for a single product;
* **order limits**: minimum and maximum order amount and number of items, minimum, maximum and pack size per product — nothing is limited until you fill a field;
* **smarter discounts**: applied automatically, on some days or hours only, for first orders, logged-in or returning customers, and shown on product pages;
* a complete **vacation mode**: your own message and colors, the pages where it shows, a popup, an announcement a few days before you leave, orders paused or prices hidden while you are away, and a note in order emails;
* a **sales report by email**, every day, week or month, for the whole team;
* an **activity log**: who changed which order, price, discount or setting, and when.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
2. Install and activate Plugnect Store Admin from **Plugins → Add New**.
3. You land on the new home screen. Administrators and shop managers get the new admin; other roles keep the classic one.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Can I go back to the normal WordPress admin? =

Yes, at any time: open the account menu (top right) and choose **Switch to classic WordPress admin**. Each person chooses for themselves. To get the store admin back, open **Store** in the classic WordPress menu and click **Switch to the store admin**.

= Who sees the new admin? =

By default, administrators and shop managers. You can limit it to administrators in **Settings → Store admin**. Editors, authors and customers always keep the classic WordPress admin.

= Where did my other plugins go? =

Under **Apps** in the menu. Every plugin menu that the store admin does not organize itself is listed there automatically, with its sub-pages.

= Does it change my data? =

No. It reads your orders, products and customers through WooCommerce, and the only actions it offers (changing an order status, editing a price or stock, turning a payment method on or off) are the same ones WooCommerce performs.

= Is it compatible with HPOS? =

Yes, with both High-Performance Order Storage and the legacy order storage.

= A screen from another plugin looks broken. What can I do? =

Add `pnsa-safe=1` to the address of that page (for example `admin.php?page=some-plugin&pnsa-safe=1`): it opens with the classic WordPress admin, for that page only. To turn the store admin off for the whole site without deactivating it, add `define( 'PNSA_DISABLE', true );` to `wp-config.php`. Please tell us which plugin it was, so we can fix it.

= What happens when I delete the plugin? =

Deactivating it keeps your settings. Deleting it from the Plugins screen also removes its settings, each user's preferences and its cached data. Your store data (orders, products, customers) is never touched.

= Does it load anything from external servers? =

No. Fonts (Inter and Manrope, SIL Open Font License) and icons (Lucide, ISC License) are bundled.

== Upgrade Notice ==

= 1.2.2 =
Aligned side-by-side settings fields, and better behavior next to LiteSpeed Cache and Elementor.

= 1.2.1 =
Smoother live previews that no longer trip hosting firewalls, and style sheets and scripts that refresh right after an update.

= 1.2.0 =
Variation swatches, vacation mode, selling tools (free shipping bar, announcement bar, back in stock alerts, review requests) and scheduled discount codes. No change to your store data.

== Changelog ==

= 1.2.2 =
* Fix: side-by-side settings fields (order limits, review requests, address…) stay aligned when a label is longer than its neighbour, and short fields keep their label on one line.
* Fix: on LiteSpeed Cache screens, its dark mode button no longer overlaps the account menu, its dark style sheet no longer fights the store admin theme, and its dashboard gets the same margins as other screens.
* Fix: notices and feature tooltips from other plugins (Elementor…) no longer widen the page on phones.
* Fix (Pro): choosing « Standard » corners in Settings → Appearance no longer triggers the Hostinger firewall (Monarx blocks any request containing « radius=default »; the value is now « standard », saved settings are converted).
* New: `pnsa_compat_dequeue_styles` filter.

= 1.2.1 =
* Fix: the address of every style sheet and script now changes whenever the file changes, so browsers load corrected files right after an update instead of keeping a cached copy for a week.
* Fix (Pro): live previews of the appearance, emails and invoices send at most one request per second, after a pause, and nothing when the settings did not change. Some hosting firewalls (Monarx on Hostinger) blocked the rapid requests sent while dragging a color picker, then the save itself.
* Improved: the swatch editor in the product editor shows value names in full.

= 1.2.0 =
* New: variation swatches (Settings → Variation swatches) — colors, pictures or buttons instead of dropdowns on product pages, set per store option, per value, from the product editor or on the WooCommerce attribute screens; out of stock choices crossed out, faded or hidden.
* New: several photos per variation in the product editor (WooCommerce 11.1 or later).
* New (Pro): swatches on shop and category pages with photo switching, two-color swatches, pictures in tooltips and a per-product display.
* New: `pnsa_swatch_type`, `pnsa_swatch_item`, `pnsa_swatch_term_controls`, `pnsa_swatch_pro_features` and `pnsa_product_editor_variation_before_save` hooks.
* Improved: tables become cards on phones; aligned stock and price fields.
* Changed: the plugin is now named Plugnect Store Admin for WooCommerce (folder and text domain `plugnect-store-admin-for-woocommerce`); settings are unchanged. Its « Visit plugin site » link opens the Store Admin page.
* New: Marketing settings — free shipping bar, announcement bar, back in stock alerts ("Back in stock" email) and review requests ("Review request" email).
* New: discount codes get a start and end time, and a link that applies them (?coupon=CODE); the Discounts list shows scheduled codes and copies their link.
* New (Pro): order limits, automatic and conditional discounts, and Pro options for every Marketing feature.
* New: vacation mode (Settings → Vacation mode) — a banner at the top of every page during your vacation, with your dates, shown and removed automatically; page caches are cleared when it starts and ends.
* New (Pro): custom vacation message and colors, pages, popup, advance announcement, paused orders (classic and block checkout), hidden prices, and a note in order emails.
* New: `pnsa_vacation_phase`, `pnsa_vacation_banner`, `pnsa_vacation_switch_times`, `pnsa_purge_page_cache`, `pnsa_storefront_bars`, `pnsa_announcement_bar`, `pnsa_free_shipping_threshold`, `pnsa_free_shipping_bar_texts`, `pnsa_stock_alert_show_form`, `pnsa_stock_alert_validate`, `pnsa_stock_alert_added`, `pnsa_review_request_order`, `pnsa_review_request_products`, `pnsa_review_request_sent`, `pnsa_coupon_panel`, `pnsa_settings_groups`, `pnsa_settings_before_section`, `pnsa_settings_after_section`, `pnsa_vacation_settings_cards`, `pnsa_vacation_preview` and `pnsa_vacation_saved` hooks.
* New: store settings are editable directly in Settings — address, countries, currency and price format with a live preview, language and time zone, stock and reviews, shipping options, taxes, checkout and accounts, email sender. Payment methods and emails turn on and off with a switch.
* New: WooCommerce and WordPress settings screens are reorganized into sections (title and description on the left, fields in a card on the right), with a breadcrumb and a proper title.
* New: every screen uses the full width of the window.
* Improved: WordPress and WooCommerce buttons, fields, tabs, tables, notices and the order and product pages now match the store admin, in the light and dark themes. The WooCommerce header bar and footer credits are gone.
* Improved: the Settings menu is grouped (Store, Communication, Interface, System) and the Emails tab of the menu opens the in-shell email settings.
* New: a simplified order page — progress bar, items and totals, timeline with notes and customer messages, customer history, in-place address editing, and the next step as a single button. The WooCommerce order editor stays available as the advanced editor.
* New: a simplified product editor for simple and variable products — photos with drag-and-drop, sale price with discount, one-click variations from options, per-variation price, stock, SKU and photo, stock and shipping, downloadable files, categories and tags, and a live shop preview.

* New: `pnsa_screens`, `pnsa_settings_cards`, `pnsa_native_heading`, `pnsa_native_forms_screen`, `pnsa_orders_bulk_buttons`, `pnsa_orders_bulk_custom`, `pnsa_order_row_menu`, `pnsa_order_preview_actions` and `pnsa_store_settings_saved` hooks for developers.

= 1.1.0 =

* New: safe mode — `?pnsa-safe=1` on any admin page, or the `PNSA_DISABLE` constant for the whole site.
