FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Pluginect Analytics for free?

Yes. The free version is a full-fledged, GPL-licensed plugin that works on its own, with the essential reports for your store.

Is the free version just a demo?

No. It lets you track and truly understand your store’s core activity: visitors, sales, sources, products, conversion funnel and geography.

Where are my stats stored?

In your WordPress installation’s database, in your own hosting environment. No tracking data is sent to any third-party service.

Does the plugin use cookies?

Not with the default settings. An attribution memory, off by default, can be turned on to link an order to a campaign seen a few days earlier; in that case, it sets a cookie.

Does it replace Google Analytics?

For many stores, it covers most WooCommerce needs right inside WordPress. Some very specific use cases may still justify keeping an additional tool.

Is the license really lifetime?

Yes. One payment, no subscription, no renewal: Pro features, updates and support stay included for as long as the plugin is maintained. If the price changes later, licenses already purchased keep these terms.

Can I move my license to another site?

Yes. Deactivate the license from WordPress on the first site, then activate it on the new one. Pro features follow the license: they stop on the site where it was removed, and your stats stay there.

Will I lose my stats when I upgrade to Pro?

No. The free version and Pro share the same database, so your existing stats are available as soon as you activate Pro.
