The general rule
A consumer who buys at a distance has 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without having to give any reason. This period starts on the day the contract is concluded (French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), Article L221-18).
How this applies to Pluginect licenses
A license is digital content supplied without a tangible medium. The right of withdrawal does not apply once its supply has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, where the consumer has also acknowledged losing that right (French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), Article L221-28, 13°).
In practice, to receive their license key and download link as soon as they pay, customers tick the following statement before paying:
“I request immediate access to my license and download as soon as payment is confirmed, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.”
This consent is time-stamped, stored with the order and restated in the order confirmation email.

If the plugin does not work on your website even though your website meets the stated requirements, and the problem could not be solved with the help of support, we will give you a full refund on simple request made within 14 days of purchase. This guarantee applies to all customers, consumers and businesses alike, in France and abroad.
Your statutory warranty rights remain available in all cases: if the plugin does not conform to what was advertised, you can ask for it to be brought into conformity or, failing that, for a price reduction or a refund (see Article 12 of the Terms of Sale).
All refunds are made to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days at the latest. A full refund revokes the corresponding license: the paid features are then disabled on the sites where it was activated, and the plugin no longer receives updates or support. Statistics already collected remain on your website.
