How to install Pluginect Analytics and Pluginect Store Admin, activate your Pro license, get updates, move a license to another site and manage your data.

What you need before you start

  • WordPress 6.0 or later (6.4 for Store Admin) and PHP 7.4 or later
  • WooCommerce 8.0 or later, installed and activated
  • For Pro: the free version, installed and activated. Pro extends it; it doesn’t replace it.

Pluginect Analytics and Pluginect Store Admin are compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). Each plugin has its own Pro license: an Analytics key won’t activate Store Admin, and vice versa.

Install the free version

  1. Download the free version’s ZIP file from the Free plugins page.
  2. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the file and install it, then click Activate.
  3. Pluginect Analytics: open the new Pluginect Analytics menu. Tracking starts right away. Its Settings let you choose how long data is kept and which roles to exclude from tracking (administrators, for example).
  4. Pluginect Store Admin: you land on the store home screen, in the new interface. Settings → Store admin lets you choose who sees it (administrators and shop managers, or administrators only).

Want to see Pluginect Analytics before you install it? The live demo shows the full plugin on a demo store, no account needed. For Store Admin, just try it: the free version includes the entire interface, and anyone can switch back to the classic admin from the account menu.

Buy Pro and get the file

  1. On the plugin’s page, click Buy the Pro license.
  2. At checkout, a customer account is created with your email address. Tick the immediate access box: it lets us deliver your license as soon as your payment is confirmed.
  3. Once your payment is confirmed, your license key is emailed to you.
  4. In My account → Licenses & downloads, you’ll find your key and the Download version… button, which gives you the Pro ZIP file.

Install Pro and activate your license

  1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, upload the Pro ZIP file, then activate it. Keep the free version active.
  2. Open the License screen: Pluginect Analytics → Settings → License, or Settings → License in Store Admin.
  3. Paste your key into Your license key, then click Activate license.
  4. Analytics: the Pro screens (journey history, campaigns, attribution, exports…) show up in the menu right away. Store Admin: Settings → Appearance and Settings → Menu take effect, and Export CSV buttons appear on the Orders and Customers screens.

A license covers the number of sites shown at purchase. To use it on another site, remove it from the first one (see Move to another site).

Get updates

As long as your license is active, new Pro versions show up in Dashboard → Updates, just like any other plugin. One click and you’re done. Your site checks its license once a day; Check now, on the License screen, runs the check immediately.

You can also download the latest version at any time from My account → Licenses & downloads and upload it to replace the old one.

Move to another site

There are two ways to free up a site’s slot:

  • From the site itself, on the plugin’s License screen: Deactivate on this site
  • From your account, if the old site is no longer reachable: My account → Licenses & downloads, then Free up next to that site

Then activate the key on the new site. Pro features stop on the site the license was removed from. Its statistics and customization settings stay there, and come back intact if the license is reactivated on it.

Expiration, refunds and removed licenses

  • Expired license: Pro keeps working. Only updates and support stop until you renew.
  • License server temporarily unreachable: nothing is blocked, and the last known status is kept.
  • License refunded, revoked or removed from the site: Pro features turn off on that site at the next check. Statistics and settings are kept, and Store Admin goes back to the default appearance and menu until the license is reactivated.

Your data and uninstalling

Statistics are stored in your WordPress site’s database: no tracking data is sent to any third-party service. The license check only sends the key, the site address and the version numbers.

Deactivating or deleting Pluginect Analytics doesn’t delete your statistics. To erase everything, first turn on the matching option in Pluginect Analytics → Settings → Data, then delete the plugin.

Store Admin doesn’t create any store data: it reads your orders, products and customers through WooCommerce. Deactivating it gives you back the admin exactly as it was; deleting it also erases its settings and each user’s preferences. If another plugin’s screen doesn’t display properly in the new interface, add ?pnsa-safe=1 to its URL to open it in the classic admin.
